Public by design
Name-based competency search is intentionally public — anyone can check a person's certificates. Only names, certificate details and issuing sources are shown; no contact details or addresses.
You stay the source of truth
The original certificate on your website (or an attached file) is linked from every record, so the authoritative copy stays with you.
Accurate expiry dates
Certificates carry issue and expiry dates. If your system records completion only, choose a validity window (e.g. 36 months) when you connect.
Secure by key
Access uses a private API key that can be regenerated or revoked at any time. Push only what you're permitted to share.
Keep records current
Revoked or superseded certificates can be updated or withdrawn through the API, so the platform always reflects reality.
