Sends every certificate
When a learner completes a course and a certificate is issued, the plugin sends the learner, course and certificate details to SSIP Verify.
Keeps itself up to date
New completions sync straight away, and a daily catch-up sync picks up anything missed. You can also push all past certificates in one click.
Links the original certificate
The real certificate page from your website is linked to the record, so anyone checking can view the original as well as the SSIP Verify version.
What it works with
- WordPress websites (self-hosted), with the plugin installed like any other plugin.
- Tutor LMS course completions and the certificates it issues.
- Your own learner reference (such as a payroll or membership number), so certificates from different places line up under the same person.
Setting it up
1. Download the plugin
Grab the ZIP file below — it is free and takes a minute to install.
2. Install and activate
In WordPress go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin, choose the ZIP, install and activate.
3. Create a key in SSIP Verify
Log in to SSIP Verify, open API & Integrations and create a key. Copy it — it is only shown once.
4. Paste the key and save
In WordPress go to Settings → SSIP Verify Sync, paste the key, set how long certificates stay valid, and save.
5. Sync
Press “Sync all certificates now”. From then on everything syncs by itself.
